Steven has over thirty years experience in the investigative and security field, both as a former special agent with the US Army Criminal Investigations Command and Corporate Security Director for several Fortune 500 firms. His security experience is varied and runs deep - covering security disciplines in Information Technology, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, and Information Protection. Steven has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and an Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice. He is Managing Director for ANASEC, responsible for overall security operations, and additionally works with highly sensitive contracts, leading our team of professionals to deliver results and outstanding customer service to satisfy specific interests of our clients.

As Co-Founder of ANASEC, Mike Englman played a behind the scenes role for many years as ANASEC's IT Support. Mike joined ANASEC full-time in February 2011 as Director, and is responsible for IT Services and Operations. Mike's experiences include over 12 years hands on experience in the IT field with a focus on Information Assurance in the Federal Government and the DoD. Mike has Bachelor?s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Montana State University-Northern and recently completed his Master?s Degree in Information Systems in 2010. He holds three certifications including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Accreditation Professional (CAP) and Certified FISMA Compliance Practitioner (CFCP).

Justin Carter has over twenty years in the investigative and security field, both as a Federal employee for US Secret Service, the Department of Defense. Justin also served as a Senior Executive in government contracting, developing and managing the overall operations and contract performance. He has provided subject matter expertise in a variety of interrelated security disciplines, such as Personnel Security, Physical Security, Intrusion Detection Systems, COMSEC, Information Security, International Programs, Export Controls, Special Access Programs, Foreign Ownership Control or Influence. Justin is continuously starting and overseeing multiple security education training and awareness programs. He has captured or assisted in capture of over 250M in federal work in 5 years within agencies such as DHS, Navy, Army, Air Force, Dept of State, Dept of Energy, and the NSA.
